Can’t get anymore basic than push-ups - Chest Shoulders Triceps Core - #shoulders - -

So this is today’s workout massive shock we did upper body WOW, my first ever upper body session or workout. I NEVER do this however it felt so good and I 100% pushed myself. Some exercises I increased my weight however some I did struggle but I didn’t give in !! . . Honestly cannot tell you the name of these workouts however I can tell you I did 3x8/10 reps and slowly bring the weight back up or down. I did struggle with some of these as you can tell but I’ve never done upper body before. Honestly felt so weird not doing legs and George wouldn’t even let me do a few exercises😭 . . Can’t wait for my next session with @georgewpt next time we are doing lower body🤩😍!!! . . #shoulders

Your warm up doesn't need to be complicated and it doesn't need to have a lot of equipment.🛠 One of our goals with the warm up is to get the joints feeling warm and ready to move. Going through some range of motion drills is a great way to do that. . So tonight we're taking a different spin on the popular shoulder rotation drill we see a lot of people do. Rather than just working external rotation, we're also going to work into flexion, extension, and internal rotation as well. . Key point here is to try to flex and maintain ✊tension in and around the shoulder the whole time, even with just the bodyweight drill. When you do add weight, keep it light.
