You may have read on a few occasions that reading is going to make you better. That it could even make you smarter if you read a few books per month. Well. This is true. But this should not look like a daunting journey. A light reader may not become a heavy one overnight. As with many things in life, it is a journey. There are steps. There are boundaries. There are stages without which the journey remains meaningless or does not live up to any of its supposed promises. We may want to start by picking topics we are comfortable with. We may want to dedicate 1 hour to this topic every day, or every other day. If done right, it is quite likely our brains will start enjoying the process! Do you agree? . . . . . #skill
