Let's chat nutrition... I'm passionate about living a healthy lifestyle inside and out. I love eating whole foods and I love to exercise!! 🏋️ I eat everything?!! I knew how to eat healthy all my life but finding the time, money and quality ingredients is time consuming and not really convenient these days - hello kids, work, everything else in between. 30 years ago our soil was not depleted like it is today. Our food was more nutritionally dense. Things didn't have to be labeled 'organic', 'non gmo', 'grass fed' ... they just were. We didn't need to rely as much on nutritional supplementation. Times have changed and our food systems has changed but our bodies still require specific nutrients in order to thrive. Some of which we are not getting the complete spectrum of, in our 'whole food' diets. 🍎 I was once totally unaware of what our body really needed at a cellular level and how our food systems have changed so vastly. I am passionate about health, yours and mine. Its not a 'shake diet'. I eat various balanced meals throughout the day aswell as delicious creamy protein rich shakes! I live a delicious lifestyle 😉 and I provide my body with what's missing. I am filling in the gaps by incorporating a nutritional system that is loaded with the minerals and other nutrients my body needs to thrive and perform at its best. This is cellular nourishment and understanding that times have changed and we need to evolve. 🥥 If what you are doing isn't working for you, be open. If your cravings are out of control, be open to learning a different way, if your eating well and still can't lose weight, I can help. Are you exercising and tired all the time? how is your recovery? Heute habe ich zum ersten mal eine Art Smoothiebowl ausprobiert. Meine Schwester hat mich auf die Idee gebracht. 🥰 Drin sind eine pürierte Banane, Brombeerjoghurt, etwas Mandelmilch und ein TL Schokowhey. Dekoriert mit Kiwi 🥝 und Amaranthpops. Ich fand es soooo lecker und mache das bestimmt bald wieder. Ich liebe ja Bananen - meine absolute Lieblingsfrucht. 🍌 Wenn irgendwo Banane drin ist, mag ich es fast mit Sicherheit. 😅 #smoothiebowl
