HYOOGE PR double with 320. have been feeling pretty good lately and I've slowly been increasing frequency and volume which had been paying off. Feels good to be able to consistently hit reps in the 300s. Gunning for a 350 squat by the end of the year and feeling confident I can make it happen. OnSquatsOnSquats

these LEGS are on🔥 mix these into your ✨ go for REPS or for TIME usually, I pick 2 or 3 exercise & do each exercise for 60 second between switching, I’ll repeat for 3-5 rounds back to back! 👉🏼 Elevated Side Lunges with weight - weight back on your heal, keep chest high, think belly button to spine 👉🏼 Glute Bridge Hops - think quick & explosive, push off your heal 👉🏼 High Lunge Step Pulses with weight - really exaggerate the depth of the lunge, get deep 👉🏼 Jumping Sumo Back Squats with weight - use bench if needed, get deep, knee out 👉🏼 Hip Shifters with weight - shift weight from hip to hip, while maintaining posture & form 👉🏼 Shifting Lunges - keep low, don’t stand all the way up in between reps 👉🏼 Lateral Box Jump/Run - pump the arms, keep breathing, explode!
