How to NOT quit: 1. Find something creative, fun and challenging. If you hate it, your gonna find a way to quit. If you love it, you’ll find a way to make it a priority. 2. Connect with someone whose got your back, an Instructor, a friend, a Coach, an accountability partner, a spouse. Allow yourself to be supported (aka receive love) and show up for them AND most importantly you. No excuses. 3. Give your b.s. a reality check. Do you really have to babysit, get your house cleaned or make dinner or can you really just ask for help, say no so you can take care of you or make arrangements for your inevitable success??? This is your life and your health, take it seriously. 4. Listen to your body. Does your butt hurt from sitting to long? Get up and move. Do your eyes hurt from staring at a screen? Shut it down. Stop numbing out and dismissing your body’s NEEDS. 5. Let go of perfection, procrastination and distractions that you are enabling you to play small. Allow yourself to feel messy, afraid and uncomfortable and watch how quickly all that fades away. 6. Remember that you are the only you.... ever. And having gorgeous humility out loud is a thousand times more admirable than wearing a cloak of pride alone and stuck. 20/02/19πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’™πŸ¦ˆ Here are three of my favourite workouts for biceps trust me they work my arms felt like noodles for 3 days afterπŸ™ŒπŸ½ β€’ Wide Bicep Curls β€’ Hammer Curls (I was going to do 17.5 bit someone lost the other dumbbell so I was forced to step out of my comfort zone and lift 20s and they felt LIGHT?! LIKE WHAT GO MEπŸ€—) β€’ Diamond Push-Ups (these work in tandem with your triceps however I’d say you’ll feel them more in your triceps I think they are still important so you have an idea you should be working biceps within other muscle groups for real growth) Bicep Variations are important so you continue to experience growth I also find it really good for the mind to be able to explore other options on working biceps so it doesn’t get boring I always try to do my reps slow and controlled rather than using momentum so I get the best results!
