We have free PT sessions available two mornings a week for those who are ‘New to Personal Training’ 🙌 . Tuesday mornings - Connah Thursday mornings - Silvana . This is *mostly* for the people who have gone through life without getting into fitness, maybe going on the occasional run, thinking that cardio is the only way to go 🏃🏼‍♀️ 💦 🏃🏽‍♂️ . Well, did you know it’s important to do some strength training twice a week so you don’t lose muscle mass as you age 💪 . But if you’ve never done that sort of training before and don’t know where to start, we’re here to help 🙌 . These sessions are totally free and you don’t have to be a member, just call in to the club to book your slot 👍 . What are you waiting for?! It’s never too late to get your strength training going and there’s nothing to lose! 🤗 . Tell your mum.. then tell your dad! Or grandparent/guardian/uncle/auntie etc... . . . #strength
