Jaybro....its been 2 years since you left us, and still, the pain feels like it was just yesterday. We love you and we miss you. #suicideawareness Joshua....this November 15th, my 39th birthday, make 5 years since you passed. Our hearts are forever broken. The only comfort we have is knowing you two are together, in heaven, watching over us, and taking care of each other. I love you, my brothers. Until we meet again...

WHY MOTSAMAYI? After wrapping principle photography we headed to streets, the WITS Braamfontein campus, to find out why people thought a film about depression in the black community would be titled . The various interpretations all managed to touch on the pieces that make up the film. -------------------------- awareness

It can be harder to heal from an invisible illness but that does not mean you are weak or a burden. But most importantly, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! - Globally, more than 300 million people suffer with depression. - Do not silence yourself or listen to that voice that tells you your words or your feelings are not valued . - Depression is a deadly illness, one which I am more acquainted with than I would ever wish to be but in stealing my voice back from the darkness I learned that people are kinder than I ever believed, that my feelings were not unique to me and there was and is nothing wrong with me for the way I felt and sometimes still feel. - If you are not yet able to make that step to reach out and talk to someone, please please know that whatever you are going through, you are NOT on your own and there are people who understand what you are going through . - I am sending you all my love❤️ . . . #suicideawareness
