Reps: Drop set everything except for the kick backs and lunges. This means starting at a higher weight for your first set with less reps, then decreasing the weight and increasing the weight for your next set. (8 reps - 10 reps - 12 reps ) = 3 sets (15 reps ) = 4th set . . Sets: 3-4 per excercise. . .
