Solid morning training session. To not over reach and to stick to what i can do daily each training session is gonna be the key to staying healthy over next few months. This list can go on forever, but the truth is that WE KNOW where our discipline is falling short. In this we are training yourself to believe that failure is okay. ... WIDE SHOULDERS...CHECK Here is a good alternative to dumbbell side lateral raises. Using the cables allows you to keep constant tension on the deltoid muscles throughout the range of motion. Also if you notice I am leaning on a slight inward angle this is to increase the range of motion at the bottom of the movement and therefore make the muscles work harder and allow for more GAINZ. This exercise is much better for isolating the target muscles aslong as you control the weight well you can illiminate a lot if the swing/momentum people use in the dumbbell side raise. Give it a shot if you want big shoulders if not go and have a word with yourself. @trojanfitness . #timetogrow Β Β

Then going straight into progressive chart lat pulls. Focus being on the negatives of these lat pull downs, its very easy to just let the weight back up with little resistance but there is a lot of muscle built from time under tension.
