I rarely crave the treadmill, and definitely not sprints. But putting my cardio back to back in the beginning of the week and keeping it short and intense is a plan I can get behind, so I did thru the FASTer Way! . . Tuesday morning and done with cardio for the week, yes please! It is all about working out smarter, not harder! And that starts with intentional workouts aligned with your nutrition plan. . . Don’t know what I am talking about - hit me up! Happy to explain how to put all of these puzzle pieces together for you in an efficient way. . . #tiuphilly

Hi babes! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I did not fall off of the face of the earth (although it felt like it!) - today was my first day back to my normal routine after 4 long 18 hour days working a trade show! Workouts were limited, nutrition was not great, but tonight’s meditation got me right where I need to be! Classes are scheduled for the rest of the week and I can’t wait for tomorrow morning! #tiuphilly

Meal planning has been key to staying on top of this . Whenever I have some time, I sit down and go through my cook books + find a few that sound interesting to try. I also try to find recipes that I can use the same ingredients to get the most bang out of a buck. Then, I plan out what meals I’ll have each day and see what I need to add in. • Would you want to see more about this process or want it in a blog post? LMK! • • This was my view on Saturday morning. I have my coffee with @vitalproteins@whole30approved coconut creamer + banana topped with @georgiagrinders almond butter, coconut shavings, slivered almonds, + chia seeds and all my cookbooks to flip through as I enjoy my morning. • • Also, I’m adding in @eunatural Primal vitamins to focuses on healthy inflammation + joint support. My head feels like a balloon! 😷🎈🤧Sick as an adult sucks, but sick as a parent, that’s rough. It seems that when I’m feeling like this, evening workouts are easier to tackle, so that’s how my day went again. M1️⃣ Mediterranean egg muffins & 🥑 M2️⃣ missed. M3️⃣ chicken quinoa soup M4️⃣ trail mix and 1/2 🍎 M5️⃣ steamed salmon with the cauliflower steaks with chimichurri sauce I absolutely love the cauliflower steak recipe! I can’t say I recall having a chimichurri sauce before, but I always expected it to be spicy, and this was refreshing, so this will be another staple for this house! @toneitup is nailing the recipes for this challenge! @toneitup@katrinaascott@karenadawn #tiuphilly

Week 2 of the challenge is here! Today was a day off for me so I meal prepped since yesterday I decided to watch YOU on Netflix instead 😂. This week's meals include the winter greens and brussels salads for lunch and ONOs for breakfast. I also made @skinnytaste slow cooker stuffed pepper soup 🤤 (I subbed ground turkey for beef). And my WO was 🌪️ workout at orange theory! . . philly @toneitup
