Wooo hooo, made it to the gym every day of this three day weekend! Every little bit counts and it feels so good to get those workouts in. Focused on abs and booty today then followed it with 20 minutes on the treadmill. Now it’s time for a smoothie then a massage and finishing my meal prep this afternoon. Spending at home with my daughter, but that didnt stop us from getting an awesome workout in! Lilly did a kids yoga video from YouTube while I started with a shoulder workout that @irismirelez posted! I had about 20 minutes to spare before my workout started, so I used my new stepper that I got from @bedbathandbeyond as another low-impact alternative while my ankle heals. That little stepper can really get your heart rate up! 👣👣 Finally, I finished Stronger on the and my ankle felt good enough to do a few burpees and plank punches! I'm going to keep modifying, of course, but I think I'm on the upswing 😀 Now I'm just sitting here enjoying these mini chicken tacos from @traderjoes. I made them in the air fryer, and they are sooo crispy and delicious, and only 5 points for 4, add 1 point for lite sour cream! @toneitup

Can’t miss a Monday! Feeling strong but sweaty after today’s Stronger class with @studiotoneitupchyna 💦 💪🏼 Only got in 1 round of the DMs with it. Maybe I’ll try and do them later! Also got in @karenadawn mindful meditation about Inner Strength 💕 @toneitupworkout

Hello! Happy Week 2️⃣ of the series! It’s been a few days since I posted because I spent the last few days with my fam and off of my phone (for the most part 💁🏻‍♀️). We celebrated my sister’s engagement and her new house with her fiancé! I kept up with the daily moves and went to the gym with my Dad and hubby. Food was about 60/40, but it was all sooooo yummy! On my way back home now to do meal prep and get ready for the week! @toneitup@karenadawn@katrinaascott
