Hoje é muito normal termos cada vez menos tempo, mas nada impede de ter resultados excelentes com treinos de curta duração! Hoje fiz uso de 3 exercícios multiarticulares em sistema de drop sets. Muito intenso! Cada 6 repetições pesadas, intervalo de 20 segundos, até alcançar a falha! Então, diminuí o peso, e continuei até a falha seguinte! Isso foi somente 1 serie! Duração total do treino, 35min. Today is very normal to have less and less time, but nothing prevents the trains end the short training!
