You're in control. You know best. No one knows what foods are best for you, what your body needs better than YOU. 👊 It gets hard though because we've all got a million voices in our heads, the media, our phones telling us THEY know what's best for us. This is a hard thing to get - believe me, I'm still working at it. For years, to this day, I've gone from doctor to doctor, healer to healer, looking for "the answers." Well I'm starting to get it that it's not going to be something outside of me that's going to fix my problems. The real "fix" - the one that works and lasts and blows every other test, tip, hack out of the water comes from inside. To get find it requires reconnecting, listening and trusting yourself though. It takes practice - so much practice. It's like working out a muscle you haven't used in so long you didn't even know you had a muscle there. 💪 And as that muscle gets stronger, you find that control, that power. And when you're grounded in that all those outside voices get a whole lot quieter. . This idea has been on my mind as I've been getting ideas together for my ⚡️FREE CLASS⚡️ TONIGHT. There's so much noise out there about detoxes and cleanses - especially right now - holy moly. It's confusing as all get out if you listen to it all.
