If you are struggling, never let others make you feel bad or guilty for doing so. You are so much more important than your job,the meeting, the party, the housework or any social event you can handle. Your body knows you best. Rest when you need it. Give yourself the permission. You are not being lazy! You are aloud to do nothing and rest ❤️ #worldmentalhealthday

"Why do you take so many pills"?! "You don't need so many tablets"?! "That ma" - 1980492592229313638

@bipolarjourney_ (@get_repost) ・・・ "Why do you take so many pills"?! "You don't need so many tablets"?! "That many must be bad for you" ?! " You should try not to relie on so many pills"? "I can cope without medication." . I've been asked so many stupid questions about my pills. And you know what....screw them all . I was made to feel so bad about taking my anti depressants that I went cold turkey on them and made myself very poorly. It was the worst pain I've ever been through. All because some silly man made me feel bad about taking medication. Never again . I take medication to feel better . I wouldn't be better off without them and no I wouldn't be better off reducing them . It's taken 3 years to get to the right mixture of mediation to keep me stable. I might not like taking them. But I much prefer taking them and being stable than not take them and hospitalized . Don't judge those that take medication for the illness . . . . 👉🏽 #worldmentalhealthday

Our society related body hair with masculinity. Whether you're fuzzy or hairless, you shouldn't feel ugly for it Because this isn't about beauty. It's about freedom. And if you're thinking that this body hair/beard is a statement about masculinity - it's not. Beards can be feminine, too. "When people tell you that your body hair is not 'feminine' and that you need to get rid of it to be beautiful, here's what to remember," Rain Dove says. "We may feel that if we don't follow social constructs that we will end up alone. But there are 7.5 billion people on the planet. Odds are in your favor that someone will love you for you." . . . #worldmentalhealthday

I think this is so important . Just because you are having a hard time doesent mean you aren’t amazing, it does not mean you aren’t trying. You are doing your best and that’s always going to be enough. #worldmentalhealthday
