Take care of yourself, make yourself your priority. Be playful, be fun, be you. Even if you have responsibilities, such as kids or work. Make space for spontaneous things. Do a little thing that is out of your ordinary routine. Stop wasting time doing what everyone else is doing. Do what truly elevates your spirit. Just be yourself.

You can stay in bed for it if you want 😆 Start with 1) mindful breathing in hero pose 2. Butterfly fold/ bound angle : Can help to alleviate neck and shoulder pain. Inhale, sit up tall. Exhale, fold forward and completely relax your upper body, arms, neck and head. 3. you can also do a camel pose instead of this baby backbend, but i for myself absolutely enjoy this yummy stretch. 4. Child pose. Balasana is a restful pose that can be sequenced between more challenging asanas. 5. Upward facing dog OR Cobra pose : i did an Upward facing dog but you can totally do a cobra pose too or even both. To visualize Upward-Facing Dog, let your thoughts and energy lift up as you reach upward with your crown.  Keep the most positive and beneficial outcomes in mind for any situations in your life 6. And 7: shoulder stretches. Stay in each stretch for as long as it feels good. Breath deeply. It’s my favorite for waking up the upper body and shoulders! . . . . #yogaeverydamnday
