Find Momo in Calpe. 🔎 Too small? Link in profile to a bigger photo which you can also buy 😉 Exploring this brilliant structure was definitely one of my fondest memories, Ricardo Bofill’s Muralla Roja in Calpe, Spain. Buy this print, link to store in profile. It’s also one of my favourite shots in my new book, also available in the store. If you buy the book you can save on the print too. So, get it! And thanks to everyone who’s already bought a print or a postcard or a book or a calendar it really means a lot to me and helps me a LOT. 🙏 #findmomo

We went to Pismo Beach in search of a Land Cruiser gathering and ended up hanging out with the Westfalias. I’m so grateful to @honest.camper for this camper to remind me what I miss so much about being on the road. I’m definitely missing Mellow. Check my story, we came in last night on packed sand and woke up this morning to the sand being a lot softer. We go stuck and our new Syncro woke up early to pull us out.
A clown nose given to me by an Italian mime. He also gave Momo a sequin vest which Momo wore during Pride in Amsterdam. Our planet is full of beautiful people.
This guy and I are driving down to LA on November 10 for a quick visit to say hi and talk about travelling with dogs. You’ll also get a chance to meet Momo. We’re honoured to be speaking at the @annenbergspace with @jordankahana and the dogs he found in the middle of the desert. Check my story for a link to get tickets.
Be curious, be brave, be genuine, but most of all be respectful even in the face of know-it-alls and liars and bullies. Hold yourself together when people look up to you and let yourself fall into the arms of those you trust. Break the process. Don’t be afraid of chaos, it’s what keeps everything moving. Know the difference between right and wrong. Practice self-awareness. Self improve. Apologize and forgive. Try a lot of things, don’t worry about the people watching, and do the thing that makes you most excited until it becomes a part of you. Work hard, but not too hard, and never take yourself too seriously. Let strangers meet you, be awkward, make a joke, hold a hand if they’ll let you. Let your roots grow deep and your giving arms be fruitful. The more you put into it, the more you’ll leave behind. Trust yourself. Nobody’s a better you.
Last time I had a print sale, we donated a part of the profits to @emeraldseasociety to help fuel a trip to film a documentary about fishing net removals, nets that have been covering the sea floor and entangling marine animals for decades. It’s not a job many people think about, but it’s a problem for marine life, and it’s an insane amount of work to remove them. They couldn’t have done it without your donations, so, thank you! Looking forward to this documentary. I’m working on another print sale in time for the holidays, will of course add some of my favourite non-profits.
