WHAT’S YOUR GO-TO MEAL?! 👨🏽‍🍳🔥 Tag friends & save post for later! Oh yeah and @Usher, stop callin when I’m cookin fam! . I get asked every day what I eat and how I cook it. This is a small meal prep vid for you to see how I do it. I usually only cook for a day at a time but you can follow these exact steps with more food to cover more days! . ⏱ Time: 1hr 📝 Ingredients: Organic chicken breast Organic sweet potato Organic baby broccoli Avocado oil Pepper Whole Foods Cajun seasoning 21 seasoning salute from Trader Joe’s Lemon That’s literally it. NO SALT 🙅🏽‍♂️ . Pre heat oven to 400. Potatoes in first (not shown: poke holes in potato and option to lightly brush with oil and season for flavor). Potatoes take 45 mins minimum. They are ready when soft. Put broccoli in oven 25 mins after potatoes go in. The veggies only need about 20 mins to cook. Look for them to get bright green. Cook longer if you prefer softer veggies. I like mine with a lil crunch. I recommend cutting the chicken breasts into tenders because they cook faster and are much easier to portion (or just buy breast tenders). Start your chicken after broccoli goes in oven. . That’s really all there is to it. Portion it out and you’re ready to go for a day or two. I highly recommend this meal as it’s one of the best well rounded, clean eats you can get. Great on macros, lean and loaded with nutrients. Food fact for that ass- The sweet potato is actually the most nutrient packed food in the entire produce section of the grocery store. Eat more sweet potato! Lastly, cooking is always best choice. It’s cheaper and you know exactly what’s in your food. Get good at it and impress your boo 😉 . 💥BONUS💥 Here’s a simple grocery list for you to follow to lean out properly: ✔️Proteins: Chicken breast, ground turkey (white meat), lean beef, eggs ✔️Carbs: Sweet potato, brown rice, low sodium Ezekiel bread, white rice (before workouts), quinoa, oatmeal ✔️Veggies: Broccoli, asparagus, brussels sprouts, mixed greens, peppers (if it’s green, it’s probably good for you 👌🏽) .
