WHY WRITE A BIO IN THE 3RD PERSON [Your Questions Answered] I have been receiving this relevant question, "Why are you encouraging us to write our Biographies in 3rd person?" E.g instead of saying, "I am an Architect from Malawi," It says, "Charles is an Architect from Malawi." First of all, which of the two sounds better when you are reading? How about for storytelling? Anywho, writing in the third person will make your biography sound more objective like it's been written by someone else, which can be useful in a formal setting. I also imagine someone forwarding my bio as a reference to certain potential opportunities, I wouldn't want to give them the work to start editing. That being said, There is not a rule against writing in 1st person. Your preference matters. ALL THE BEST

BUSINESS IDEA OF THE DAY: AN ADVERTISING POWERHOUSE Today we will use an example of photography but this concept can work for many more service businesses. For those interested for more, join the @mykocha February 2019 cohort of personal and business coaching sessions, use the link in the bio. 01 RECRUITMENT - Find 5-10 Photographers who are experienced and offering services in different categories such as Wedding pictures, Family portraits, corporate events, Brands, Model/ Landscape/ Drone photography etc. 02. AUTHORIZATION – Ask permission to use their images to advertise on their services on their behalf. Create a simple form where they can sign consent. 03. NEGOTIATION – Ask for a reasonable fee/ commission out of the payments for each customer you bring on board. 04. ADVERTISEMENT – grow a social media page and sponsor it with at least 20USD/ month, you can even develop a website/ blog, or pay for Google ads, advertise in schools, social media groups & companies. SUMMARY: If each photo-shoot is costing 70USD on average and your cut is 10% for example, it means you will be making 7USD/ photo-shoot and if you bring in 100 clients to 10 different photographers in 3 months, you will be making a minimum of 700USD. This can be your entry in becoming an advertising powerhouse; you can then venture into advertising for other services including TAXI’s, car rentals, designers, dry cleaners, mechanics, caterers, tailors, make-up artists, models, events and I can go on and on. If a service business makes 1000USD, your cut will be 100USD. Think about it. ALL THE BEST. . .

TODAY’S TOP 3 TIPS: HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN YOUR SLEEP Hello, we are in a new era; where you don’t have to only depend on a salary at the end of the month and you don’t have to necessarily quit your job, you can make money in your sleep. Today I will share 3 ways you can create passive income streams, especially in this generation. 01. OUT PROPERTY – Apart from renting out your house, nowadays you can rent out property from as a small as a coffee machine to furniture, TV screen, a jumping castle, a pool table, a vehicle, manufacturing machinery and many more things on a one-year lease. Anybody here with something to rent out? 02. INVEST IN – beyond thinking of buying stock from big brands such as Google/ Sony/ Microsoft that have gone public. Listen in your country, right there in your community, there are small and medium-sized enterprises rising up, and you don’t always need to build your own companies, you can invest in such and get returns quarterly/ annually. Anyone here looking for investment and willing to issue out equity? 03. DEVELOP A SERVICE – Nowadays the world is going cashless into mobile & digital formats, how are you taking advantage? has more than 60 Million subscribers in the USA alone. So if each subscriber is only paying $10/ month, it means they are making more than $600M/ month from the USA community alone. You might have books or might have developed an online course/ blog/ podcast/ service, there are so many opportunities people can pay membership fee whether monthly/ annually. Are you having some ideas? Anybody here with a subscription service? WHICH ONE CONNECTS WITH YOU THE MOST? For those interested in joining our February 2019 cohort of personal coaching sessions with me, use the link in the bio Using the same link, you can join the WhatsApp group for orientation.

MAY WE BE 100% DILIGENT IN WHATEVER WE DO. No overnight success; I want to challenge someone today to give in their A-game and don't give up. God has taken me from a small town stammering speaker, borrowing suits and shoes for me to preach in secondary schools and colleges... to helping thousands of people around the world with the same help I needed growing up, to work with government leaders and dine with royalties, presidents and amazing world leaders. WE DID NOT JUST ARRIVE HERE BY OURSELVES, "He delivered us from there so that he could give us the land he had promised our ancestors" - Deut 6:23 LET'S DO THIS
