Had a week off with the flu but before taking Ill here’s a shoulders workout me and @keeleymayx tried out last week. ⁣⁣ -⁣⁣ This will give your shoulder workout a bit more variation if you’re stuck in the same routine. ⁣⁣ -⁣⁣ ▶️ Over head barbell press⁣⁣ ▶️ Posterior barbell shoulder shrugs ⁣⁣ ▶️ 3 x variation raise, ⁣⁣ ▶️ Single arm bent lateral raise ⁣⁣ ▶️ D bar overhead press⁣⁣ ▶️ V-grip shoulder press ⁣⁣ -⁣⁣ -⁣⁣ ⁣

Burning leg workout 🔥⁣ ⁣ ➡️ Split squat 10 reps each leg⁣ ➡️ Smith machine sissy squat (name doesn’t do it justice this burns the quads🔥)⁣ ➡️ Superset quad extension/ hamstring curl⁣ ➡️ Lateral leg lift ⁣ ➡️ Donkey kicks ⁣ ➡️ Rope pull throughs ⁣ ➡️ Box squats⁣ ⁣ Legs should be burning after these workouts! ⁣ -⁣ -⁣ ⁣ ⁣

⁣⁣Fantastic display of Grit last night folks well done to everyone involved! Very very tough session. A lot of kettlebell moves learnt and some intermediate level techniques too 👏🏻 ⁣ -⁣ -⁣ -⁣ ⁣
