Kettlebell workouts with my fave ❤️ @keeleymayx get you someone who loves you for the good and the bad 🌗 or someone who can put up with your stressful routines. 😂 we messed up multiple times and we got frustrated but for a first few attempts we got it nailed. We both worked real hard into being in sync with each other. ⁣ ⁣ Workout inspired by @gmflorio ⁣⁣⁣

Heavy kettlebell session with and created by @combat_fitness_training its really good to train with someone who pushes you to your limits and that what happens every time me and this guy get together. Nick introduced me to mighty kettlebell about 12months ago now and it’s been the catalyst to my training in 2018! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 💪

This is a quick and easy tutorial to the kettlebell swing. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣I see a lot of poor form when it comes to the swing and we all know that poor form can lead to injury. Difficulty in performing the exercise means you won’t enjoy it for the Beauty that it is. Thus meaning it’ll put you off wanting to train using the KB swing. Shame when it has so many benefits ⁣ -⁣ ❌ too often the Kettlebell is raised with the arms in a shoulder forward flexion instead of a hinge action from the hips. You don’t need to use your arms/ shoulder to raise the weight. If you raise the KB like this you place more stress on your lower back.⁣ -⁣ ❌ by using your arms in this action you don’t keep the heavy KB close enough to your core. This is not a arm and shoulder exercise people ... this a glute and hamstring workout. ⁣ -⁣ ✅ All you need to do with you hands is hold the kettle bell with a tight grip like hooks. Your arms don’t need to be used at all. It’s the hinge motion from your hips that creates all the movement. That heavy KB acts like a pendulum swinging away from your hips. The arms are then just there to stabilise the KB so it doesn’t swing into a mirror or your gym partner. ⁣ -⁣ ✅ you need to drive that kettlebell away from your body using your hips and by activating your glutes like a good old hip thruster. This will give you Buns if steel and help with desired booty gains. ⁣ -⁣ ✅ This is a great workout to build your booty or even as a glute burner ... if used correctly. So please make sure you’re practicing safe swinging and the guys you’re swinging with are practicing safe swinging too. You can catch many things by swinging but don’t let poor form be one of them. ✌🏻⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 💪

This was a gruelling and strenuous session that we had to tweak a couple times. What a truly inspirational man! @gypsyking101 the guy has come back from the toughest few years of his life to be fighting at the highest level of competition. He’s a Beacon of light for all of us who have suffered with mental health issues. The way he gets back up off that canvas is a symbol of how he’s fought back at everything that’s knocked him down. It’s not about what knocks us down it’s about how be get back up and keep moving forward. ⁣ ⁣ I’ve come back from similar problems I had only 3years ago and I even had to resort to anti depressants just to get me from one day to the next. Suicidal thoughts and constant anxiety attacks would cripple me to a broken mess. ⁣ ⁣ You’re not weak if you’re depressed, I don’t think any less of people who suffer from depression ... if anything, in my opinion, I think you are stronger than most because you’ve been through so many battles against yourself and your own mind. ⁣ ⁣ With what I’ve been through this last 18 months I should be back in the gutter. But I’m not. I’m stronger than I was and like Tyson Fury I’ve grown in so many ways. I too will just keep getting back up and fighting what’s in front of me. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Credit to: @goatboxing ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 💪

Good Friday folks! ⁣ ⁣ Started the day off with some kettlebell flow I made this morning with some influence from ⁣ @primal.swoledier@primal.methods@lukahocevar@gmflorio Only managed to go a for 5 consecutive reps. 2minute break then another 5 reps ⁣ ⁣ 2 x 5 reps in total. Need to bring the fitness back up to level and start hitting these flows hard. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Have you ever heard or said the phrase I want to join the Gym or I want a personal trainer ..... but I need to lose weight first. 🤔⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ It’s actually quite a common phrase and something I’m hearing quite a lot. It’s understandable that people don’t want to train in a gym or in public when they don’t feel happy/comfortable in their own body. ⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ Everyone has to start somewhere. The top athletes and the models and Instagram influencers all had to start somewhere. They didn’t wait until they were “fit” before they started and even they felt a bit anxious/scared or even self conscious when they first started out. ⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ Your confidence to train will not be affected by the way you look on the outside - the barrier is on the inside 🚫⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ If you carry on with this mindset you will never find the “right time” to train. You will continually put off the training and your goals will take longer and longer to achieve.⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ Here are a few things that I’ve learnt during my experiences in the gym.⁣⁣ 👀the likelihood of people watching you in the gym is very low. ⁣⁣ 👸🏻It’ll be hard and scary to begin with but you feel empowered just by starting and giving it a go.⁣⁣ 🏋🏼‍♂️ After completing a full induction you’ll know how to use the equipment safely and effectively ⁣⁣ 👭 investing in a PT/Coach will help build your knowledge and confidence.⁣⁣ 🧘🏻‍♀️ All members of staff are willing and able to help you with any problems you have. ⁣⁣ 🤸🏿‍♂️ Classes are one of the best ways to meet other people and learn as a group. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🕺🏼 If you’re ready to start and would like some free guidance or even enquire about a free introductary lesson to the gym please DM me. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Good luck 🙌🏼🤜🏻🤛🏻⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

The only pain you will experience is that of regret, if you don’t take chances now. ⁣ ⁣ Change brings growth in you as a person.
