One of my favorite healthy snacks ❤️ ———————————————————— Ingredients 2 medium cucumbers or 3 small ones 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice (omit for regular chips) 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or more if needed. ———————————————————— Instructions 1- Slice cucumber very thin. 2- Use a mandoline slicer for best results. 3- Remove excess moisture from slices using a paper towel. 4- Put cucumber slices in a large bowl and toss with oil, vinegar, and salt. For dehydrator: Place slices on trays and dry at 125-135°F for 10-12 hours or until crispy. For oven: Place slices on parchment lined baking tray. Dry at 175°F for 3-4 hours or until crispy. Allow slices to cool before serving! Enjoy 😉
If you’ve accepted my challenge then here is some ideas starting with zucchini lasagna ✌🏼 low carb and keto friendly ———————————————————————Ingredients 20 ounces zucchini (about 2 large) ends sliced off and discarded 1 pound extra lean ground beef 15 ounces can tomato sauce or puree 1 cup finely chopped onion (about 1 small) 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 teaspoons dried oregano 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne ———————————————— Instructions Making the meat sauce: Heat a high-sided pan over medium heat until hot. Add olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, stirring it in. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then gradually reduce the heat to maintain a simmer. Simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken the sauce, stirring occasionally. Add oregano, salt, and cayenne. Stir until well-mixed. Remove from heat and set aside. ———————————————— Assembling and baking the lasagna: Preheat the oven to 375 F. Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish. Slice each zucchini along its length into 1/8 inch thick strips. Arrange zucchini slices along the bottom of the baking dish so that they are slightly overlapping in a criss-cross pattern. Evenly pour about half of the meat sauce over the zucchini. Add about 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the meat sauce. Repeat with another zucchini layer, a meat sauce layer, and a cheese layer. Top with remaining zucchini slices. Add another 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini. Bake at 375 F until the lasagna is golden brown on top and bubbling, about 45 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes to allow the lasagna to set and cease bubbling before slicing.

Who’s a fan on intermittent fasting or know anything about it??? ... Intermittent fasting is an eating style where you eat within a specific time period, and fast the rest of the time. Though intermittent fasting is an effective way to lose weight, it's less a diet and more a lifestyle choice and I recently decided to try it out and let you guys know .
Happy new year my #fozazafit fam. I hope you all see 2019 as a chance to love yourself more, take care of yourself mind, body and soul. Loosing weight shouldn’t be a priority or focus, getting healthy should and creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself will get you the results you need and want In the right time and will make sure it stays that way for life 💪🏼 trust the process and trust yourself. Love you loads! I’m here for you.
It’s tough to say what the best thing about it is but, Among its advantages: It’s made from one of the healthiest cruciferous vegetables you can get, so it’s loaded with nutrients including fiber, vitamins C, K and B6, and potassium. Cauliflower has 25 calories per cup vs. 218 for a cup of cooked brown rice. (And, if you’re watching carbs, cauliflower has 5g per cup vs. 46g for a cup of brown rice.) Cauliflower rice is easy and fast to make. Plus, it’s crazy-delicious. Seriously. But then again everyone has different tastes but I’ve learned to love it and when it’s cooked it’s easier to digest for some. Try it ;) #fozazafit
