It’s tough to say what the best thing about it is but, Among its advantages: It’s made from one of the healthiest cruciferous vegetables you can get, so it’s loaded with nutrients including fiber, vitamins C, K and B6, and potassium. Cauliflower has 25 calories per cup vs. 218 for a cup of cooked brown rice. (And, if you’re watching carbs, cauliflower has 5g per cup vs. 46g for a cup of brown rice.) Cauliflower rice is easy and fast to make. Plus, it’s crazy-delicious. Seriously. But then again everyone has different tastes but I’ve learned to love it and when it’s cooked it’s easier to digest for some. Try it ;) #fozazafit
This says it all! I always preferred and went for a healthy lifestyle and mindful eating which works long term over diets which are basically short term solutions!
One of my favorite breakfast snacks are these healthy protein packed breakfast peanut butter energy balls INGREDIENTS ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup old fashioned oats ½ cup ground flax seeds 2 tablespoons honey INSTRUCTIONS Combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
Breakfast is by far the most important meal of the day, at least for me. It’s how you set the way for the rest of the day. Note: 70% of what you eat when you wake up Up is burnt by the end of it no matter what you do. Make sure your breakfast is filling but not heavy. #fozazafit
