Want to eliminate that tight “cattle shoot” laundry room between your garage and kitchen? For our Ambler clients we removed the laundry |room| entirely, and simply concealed the washer and dryer within the new kitchen cabinetry. This area can now double as a new serving bar too 😉🤫 . . . . . .

Simple and classic 👌🏼 Our Blue Bell clients upgraded their dark and heavy "Tuscan" looking master bath into this new bright and serene space! We removed the existing sunk-in tub and tiled deck in order to separate the new vanities. To continue with the "his and her" theme, our team combined their two closets into one large walk-in, each client occupying a side. We love seeing so much of the winter light shine through into this beautiful new space! . . . . . .

These bitter cold winter days have us reminiscing of beautiful fall afternoons. Now is the perfect time to plan your outdoor living space remodel so it’s ready just in time for when the weather breaks! Replace your standard pressure treated wood deck with an updated composite material like our Blue Bell client did. Add post cap and stair riser lights to entertain and enjoy both day and night 🌤🌙✨ . . . . . .

Our most recent Lower Gwynedd project is currently in full swing! Seven out of the eleven homes are soon to be completed with the remaining four being framed as we speak. All models (3 to select from) are aesthetically designed, sophisticated, modern and luxurious! The exteriors include stone, oversized windows as well as vertical and horizontal James Hardie siding. Our Design Consultant is available to make your home completely customizable to meet your needs and desires. Four of these stunning homes are currently under contract, don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity!

In search of the perfect front entry focal point? Our Blue Bell client recently opted for a rounded copper portico complete with new corbels and paneling. Our main challenge during this project was designing the new covered entry within the existing lantern sconces and transom window above the front door. To increase the visibility for guests and deliveries we all also added new recessed lighting. This traditional colonial home is now anything but ordinary!

What’s the purpose of any well thought out addition? To make it appear as if it has always been there! This was the goal of our latest addition in Elkins Park. The new space included a breakfast nook and a new powder room. There are two entrances leading into the nook; one was existing and the other we used the opening from a previous window. We also left the existing stone exterior as a new interior feature wall in both the nook and powder room. Would you have your morning coffee in here?

Full bath, laundry and mudroom all in ONE space? Sign us up! This underutilized Elkins Park “back room” (previously an office with adjoining bath) was recently renovated into a new mudroom and laundry along with an updated first floor full bathroom. Not only do our clients now have an abundance of additional storage, but we were also able to move the bathroom so it’s not the main pathway between spaces in their home.

This project has a special place in our heart...we helped our very own Design Coordinator @emilymariemg bring her dream kitchen in Glenside to life! Her avocado appliances are officially now a thing of the past 👍🏼 We were able to remove an intrusive (and bearing) wall that greatly chopped up the spaces. The entire back of her house is now fully open, not mention stunning! Emily chose a two toned color design for her painted kitchen cabinets with gorgeous gold accents throughout 😍

A good percentage of our clients come to us seeking help to upgrade their current mudroom/laundry rooms. The owners of this Ambler home needed a specific area to fold and hang their laundry in the same space as their washer and dryer. The “all in one” concept is becoming more and more popular✔️ On the other side of this laundry room is the designated mudroom. We designed new mudroom “cubbies” with a wraparound bench seat. This area is perfect for both open and closed storage.

Dark, dreary and dated meet bright, open and beautiful! This expansive Ambler kitchen and nook is now completely transformed ✨We redesigned the existing “L” shape layout and incorporated a much larger island with seating. Sleek contemporary features were added to this otherwise transitional kitchen leaving the finished project exceptionally unique! Thank you @village_handcrafted for the gorgeous cabinets!

Is the side of your house lacking a certain...something? Just because it’s not the main facade, doesn’t mean the side of a home has to be “blah”. At this Holland home, we designed/installed a new standing seam metal pent roof and portico over the garage. Merging the existing two doors into one helps create more functional space for both cars. Using both vertical and horizontal siding was another design decision to help this secondary entrance pop!

Now that’s how you enter into a home! This Ambler foyer was recently converted into a gorgeous new entry. Decorative painted milwork was added to enhance the overall space and aesthetic. The existing stained staircase received new painted risers and darker stained treads and handrails. Subtle changes make quite a difference 👌🏼

Welcome to this new Holland Great Room! The entire first floor was transformed and opened up in order to create a completely open concept. We switched up a standard galley kitchen layout by designing two separate islands, one for seating and one for prepping. The new range and accent tile wall are now centered between both the wall ovens and refrigerator. We are loving this new first floor flow! @kitchens_of_insta@pennsylvania_contractors@contractors.of.insta

Now this is something you don’t see every day 😍 We recently converted this previously outdated Blue Bell office space into a new apartment and loft! The newly completed project now includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and loft. The original attic was fully vaulted to expose the existing rafters. Who wants to get away for a weekend?!

A cool and refreshing upgrade to this Blue Bell hall bath was recently completed! Our clients are always surprised how eliminating one vanity sink allows for so much additional counter space. The customized vanity has both ample amounts of closed and open storage as well.

These past few weeks of miserable winter weather have us dreaming of warmer days and lovely outdoor evenings. This Dresher deck and patio combination is the perfect space to sit back and enjoy the simple things in life (like green trees, colorful flowers and no snow on the ground!). Here’s to hoping our clients will be able to use their outdoor “living room” again soon!

When rustic aesthetics meet a new updated space! This Colmar kitchen has officially been transformed not only by style, but by the layout as well. We installed a new stained bearing beam and columns in lieu of a room dividing wall to open both the kitchen and living spaces up to each other. Our clients’ rustic style made for great accent features as well!

We’ve built plenty of additions in the past, however this one is pretty unique. Our Eagleville clients wanted this addition specifically for a spectacular comic book collection! The new “living room” is located off of the existing kitchen. We removed a covered concrete porch and designed the new addition and surrounding deck. The custom built-ins were made to fit the comic books and famous figurines, making them the room’s new focal point.
