Crème de Cassis de Dijon from @briottetliqueur is great in a Kir Royale, El Diablo, or simply over ice. But why not have a little fun with it? With the arrival of fall, give it a try it in a flip cocktail alongside your favorite bourbon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Briottet has been making this delicious black currant liqueur for six generations using a single variety of cassis local to them.
This (AMAZING!!) twist on the smash cocktail incorporates 1.5oz @calvadoschristiandrouin Pommeau de Normandie, 3/4 oz Manzanilla sherry, 1/4 oz @briottetliqueur Crème de Pêche, and blackberries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Muddle 4 blackberries and build ingredients in glass. Top with crushed ice, swizzle, and garnish with more blackberries.
