The Barbell 500 Rep Workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ ~ Just you and a BB ~ the goal to complete 100 reps of each exercise before moving onto the next movement ~ complete 100 reps of all 5 exercises = 500 total reps. Start with 100 reps BB Thrusters ~ 100 Reps BB skull ๐Ÿ’€ crushers ~ 100 Reps BB Bent Rows ~ 100 Reps BB Rollouts (this gets rough) and finish with every bros favorite 100 Reps BB curls ~ I like throwing this session in to get a good sweat ๐Ÿ˜“ going elevate the heart โค๏ธ rate and pack in a ton of volume at a low load. ๐Ÿ’ฆ ๐Ÿ”ฅ 2-DB Destruction ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ’ฆ with @heathascott ~ All you need is 2 DBโ€™s and 15 minutes to light your body up. Here is the setup: 1 Minute of work and 20 seconds of rest for all 3 exercise x 4 total rounds = 15:40 of total workout time. Exercise 1: DB Hop Back to 2 Bent Rows ~ Exercise 2: DB Lunge to Curl & Press ~ Exercise 3: DB T-Pushups ~ Heather goes with 10lbs DBโ€™s I typically use 30lbs DBโ€™s and it smokes ๐Ÿ”ฅ me out. Buddy Battle ~ Tag ๐Ÿท a homie you would crush this posterior chain workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ with ~Set the clock for 3 ~ 15 minute blocks total workout time 45 minutes ~ Block 1 ~ Partner I go you go DB ๐Ÿ’€ Deads you complete 10 Reps then your partner completes 10 reps resting while your partner works. Block 2 ~ Partner I go you go KB Swings Reps of 15 ~ you complete 15 reps then your partner completes 15 reps you rest while they work. Block 3 final 15 minutes ~ The Sled ๐Ÿ›ท you push the sled 50 yards then your partner pushes 50 yards resting while they work. My goal is to overdeliver daily always leaving our people with a huge ROI. I strive to do this with all my relationships โ€œgiving more than I takeโ€ even if itโ€™s just 51/49 ...meaning I give them 51% and take 49% but always creating more value for them than I am extracting. Donโ€™t run your life โ€œtransactionallyโ€ ...STOP looking at every person, event, and job in terms of what you can get from them....instead focus on what you can give to them...you will find greater long term success this way. ๐Ÿ”ฅ 6 Minute Sizzler ๐Ÿ”ฅ ~ 45 seconds of work 15 seconds rest for 3 movements x 2 rounds. Exercise 1. DB Push-up Position Rows (slow focus keeping the core stable) 2. Kneeling DB Curls 3. DB Speed Push/Pulls the key ๐Ÿ”‘ here full range on the push pull and back foot acts like a kick stand (keeping a majority of your weigh on the lead leg) Perfect as a circuit or I used it tonight to finish off my session. Tight Pecs & Shoulders? Try these 3 mobility drills to open up your upper body. Perfect for anyone who sits at a desk, in a car, sleeps in the fetal position and uses your phone daily...so basically every human. Spend anywhere from 1-3 minutes on each drill (more if needed in trouble spots) a few times a week and it should help get your body feeling loose and prime for movement. Understand in your fitness, career, education, business or whatever the arena of work you are doing today ...Know it will pay off 1-3-5-7-10 years from now. Itโ€™s the compound effect of the small daily rituals that pay off huge down the road. Nothing worth a shit comes easy in life and I mean nothing. All the super dope stuff I get to do today is only possible because of the work I was putting in over a decade ago.
