Welcome to 2019. Is your mind clear? Is your vision clear for the new year? Meditation is one of the best ways to clear the noise out. Unfortunately, yoga blankets, yoga bolsters will eventually make your seated position uncomfortable. Our customers have told us that our balance pad enabled them to meditate longer because it took the pressure off the tailbone. There are multiple uses for the pad but using it to meditate is one that you will find extremely helpful. Our large pad comes in coral or black and comes with a carrying bag.

You will feel a little lighter. You will feel at peace. We have too much noise in our daily lives. Too much that clouds our brain and thoughts. Take those 5 - 10 minutes for you. You deserve it. “What Does Brave Mean To You?” That was the question asked at an event this weekend. To me, Brave means stepping out of your comfort zone, taking action with uncertainty on the other side, going into a situation with some level of fear. This weekend 400+ Brave women showed up. They went with a lot of uncertainty. The hardest part is just starting. Starting a new venture, career, your dream. Whatever it is, take baby steps. Each step will lead you closer to your goal/dream. Expect to go backwards at times, but those challenges will propel you to take larger baby steps. I’ve learned so much in the past year of starting my side hustle. When I look back at the past year, it makes me wonder what today would look like had I not started my passion. What does being brave mean to you? .. .. ..

ELBOW PLANKS: Hold plank for 30 sec resting elbows on a balance pad. Then side planks for 30 sec each. To challenge yourself, add dips to each side. End with normal plank hold. The balance pad will alleviate the pressure off your elbows. . . . .
