Calorie counts are everywhere, from the menus at your favourite lunch spot to your fitness tracker.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I do think there’s value in recording the foods you’ve eaten to understand what you’re consuming and for accountability, and while I do think it’s important to know relative calories it’s a colossal waste of time to drill it down to every single calorie that passes your lips⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Now I’m going to tell you that you simply don’t need to…….⁣⁣ measure, count or weigh your food⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ No low fat this or low calorie that⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you want to learn how my clients are getting….⁣⁣ Amazing results, feeling more confident in their clothes, feeling less bloated, sleeping better, more energy and improving their health and wellbeing without all the hassle I would love to hear from you &fitness

Feel Guilty When You Skip the Gym?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s all about your mindset.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you make any decision mindfully it may help you feel less guilty if you choose to do something that supports your health mentally or emotionally ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Note of your thoughts, feelings and anybody sensations. Absolutely gutted to have lost this wee one yesterday after nearly 10 years with us Molly fought hard for the last 2 years against heart failure and other issues too and we knew this day was going to come but wish it wasn’t so The house feels so empty with you not walking about, sitting beside me while I’m having a coffee and just simply won’t be the Same without her All she wanted was to give love and affection . -A Radical exercise program is the only way to lose weight⁣⁣. Not true for Successful weight loss it involves making small changes that you can stick to ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Carbs make you put on weight⁣⁣. Eaten in the right quantities and as part of a balanced diet, carbohydrates will not, on their own lead to weight gain choose ⁣⁣ whole grain and wholemeal carbohydrates such as brown rice and wholemeal bread, and potatoes with the skins on to increase your intake of fibre ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Starving yourself. Crash diets can sometimes lead to longer-term weight gain this is too hard to maintain and you will be missing out on essential nutrients and your body will be low on energy and will cause you to crave high-fat and high-sugar foods. This can lead to eating those foods and more calories than you need, causing even more weight gain ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Cutting out all snacks help you lose weight.⁣⁣ Snacking isn’t the problem it’s the type of snack.⁣⁣ Many people need snack in-between meals to maintain energy levels, especially if they have an active lifestyle. Choose fruit or vegetables instead of crisps, chocolate and other snacks that are high in sugar, salt and fat. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Drinking water helps you lose weight⁣⁣. Water does not cause you to lose weight, but it does keep you hydrated and will help you snack less. How much do you value ⁣ Your health? Your future?⁣ ⁣ We all want to enjoy life and live it to the full ⁣ ⁣ Personally, I want to be physically and mentally healthy and live as long a life as I possibly can, enjoy my family and hopefully see some grandchildren ⁣ ⁣ Did I just say, grandchildren😬⁣ But seriously yes!!⁣ ⁣ I want to reduce the impact of illness and chronic disease in my later years! exercise will tend to have improved immune and digestive functioning, better blood pressure and bone density, and a lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, osteoporosis, and certain cancers and the list goes on⁣ ⁣ Is that not worth investing the price of a coffee per day?⁣ ⁣ I am a sucker for a coffee though 😜⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

🌟One of the Best Experiences I’ve ever had!!⁣ ⁣ An amazing 1st month for Hannah, feeling more comfortable in her clothes 👗and seeing a Massive change in her strength💪🏻, fitness 🏃‍♀️and now can do exercises a lot easier than ever before⁣ ⁣⁣ Hannah wants to be successful in her chosen career path and that requires good mental and physical health and wants to be the best version of herself, be healthy and succeed in life 👊🏻 ⁣⁣ She is well on her way to achieving just that!!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s a privilege to be a part of Her journey to help her achieve her goals for her health and career⁣ ⁣ Hannah’s thoughts so far...........⁣ ⁣ I first came across Mel via Facebook. His services were appearing regularly on my newsfeed and I decided to take a look⁣ ⁣ I had been wanting to start eating better and exercising more as 2019 was shaping up to be a big year with my 21st birthday, job opportunities and the role of a bridesmaid all appearing! ⁣ ⁣ My main obstacle was myself first and foremost. I kept putting it off and I just decided that enough was enough. Mel offers a great range of times every day for his classes so not having the time was no longer an excuse!! ⁣ ⁣ I almost didn’t sign up for the programme because I was scared I wouldn’t like the sessions, eating plan or just wouldn’t get on with the trainer. I was afraid to make a financial commitment and then hate it⁣ ⁣ My first impression was that it was tough but I was honestly hooked after the first week. I was jumping out of bed at 6:30am, excited to get into class for every session⁣ ⁣ The results I’ve experienced have been amazing. I am healthier and fitter, but I also feel so much better mentally. My clothes are looser and my strength has increased massively...I can actually do a press-up now 😂⁣ ⁣ Overall, this has been honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I signed up for a further 8 weeks immediately. I don’t know why I didn’t do it earlier!⁣ ⁣ #⁣achieving

HOW TO LOSE FAT⁣ ⁣ 1. Eat healither, create a calorie deficit. Find out what your current calorie intake is and reduce by 200 calories⁣ ⁣ 2. Get enough protein, 1 gram per lbs of body weight ⁣ ⁣ 3. Strength train 2-4 times per week and focus on the compound lifts like squats, deadlift, benchpress, rows ⁣ 4. Use the 80/20 rule eat 80% whole foods and 20% treats, you got to live 😉⁣ ⁣
