I absolutely love Christmas and having all my favourite fun holiday foods and drinks but do eat and drink mindfully and avoid stuffing yourself . You have options when it comes to holiday eating: . 1. Track your macros and make the fun holiday foods fit within your daily and weekly targets . 2. Fasting, This can work when you have a BIG meal planned and you don't have the desire to track what you eat. Simply wake up, have nothing but plain water, coffee, and tea during the day, and have a large meal at night . 3. Do what your doing, This option means just keep doing what you're doing, holidays? What holidays, You have an event that you are getting ready for or if you have big problems getting back in control after stepping away from your routine plan . 4. Take a break, step away from the normal and enjoy the food, gin and the holidays guilt free. Yes, there will likely be some fat gain, and NO you aren't allowed to complain about it you did choose this option . Taking 3-4 days off and just stop tracking your food. Eat mindful and have the things you enjoy.
