When you hit Monday blues for some reason. Don't opt for pizza or street food. A healthy meal takes 10 minutes. Steam veggies and one of my favourite's egg salad with cucumber and tomato. Add chicken breast or salmon to your veggies. I love eggs and this is why: affordable high protein, egg white contains vit B2,6 and 12,selenium,Vit D,zinc and copper. The yolk is higher in cholestrol and fat so try to limit to 1 or 2. 😉
Tip of the day! Olive oil pan fried veggies. Always add a green vegetable such as kale: rich in iron,vit A and K also anti-inflammatory.You can have broccoli or spinach if kale not available. Carrot:Vit B8 and C. Olive oil: lowers bad cholestrol and contains Omega 3 and 6. Garlic: fights colds and lowers blood pressure. Get your pan veggies in once a day!
