Main player when it comes to posture, stability and movement... 💪🏻We’ve been going through some of its functions, and the importance of its healthy engagement... ✅It’s essential to activate it, but also to have a natural rhythm to release tension... So keeping your belly tight at all times to look picture perfect might not be the best idea... 🤔 continuing with last week function, today we’ll focus on: . VISCERAL FUNCTION: . A healthy natural muscle tone and dynamic rhythm will allow a nice smooth motion of the organs and intestines, as well as proper blood flow throughout them 😇 . . Vs . . Static or holding in 😶will keep your organs restricted 😓 lacking of normal motion will decrease their function, which has a direct effect on digestion and gut health, making it harder to keep your energy levels and waste unwanted or unnecessary material, getting you stuck on your way to loose weight/ lean out/ move - perform better 🏋️‍♂️ . . .
