With this colder weather i’ve been lacking motivation to get outside in our shop where my weights sit... but luckily today I found some weight just laying around 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ . My Leg workout consisted of HIIt (high intensity interval training~basically fast cardio with short breaks) . Followed by some fun with my boys. . My 40lb-er got a fun ride while my 20lb-Er giggled and enjoyed the show! 😜 . Ever use your kiddos for some extra weight? . We had fun 🎉 . . . .

It’s not suppose to be easy. . It’s suppose to make you work hard. . It’s suppose to challenge you. . It’s suppose to make you sweat & breathe hard. . Change is NOT comfortable. . But the question is, are you comfortable with where you are now? . Is it REALLY that much easier to stay the same? . Low energy? Low confidence? Bloated? Depression? (a real one this time lol) to when I was growing Lucas. . About 30 weeks here. . I absolutely love looking back at pictures & how much change we go through. . . I enjoyed my pregnancy with Lucas much more than my first with Marcus for many reasons, even after knowing his diagnosis. It was less stressful, if you can imagine that 😂 . But I was also in a much better place emotionally & mentally the second time around. . I use to think having kids ruined your body forever. . I do have a csection scar & looser skin.. but I’m in better shape than before I had kids... so that kills that myth. 😉 . . . .

to Last night’s ab check before bed. . Yes I’m flexing, hard. But the fact that I can see them after a whole day’s worth of food is pretty awesome. . The beauty of intermittent fasting & a good nutrition plan. 👌🏻 . Slowly Working on gains & leaning out. . It’s taken some time to get here. A lot of frustrations when I wasn’t seeing results fast enough, but sure enough... it works. . Just takes some patience as long as you’re being consistent. . . .

This right here is life today 👌🏻 . Not fancied up for you.. it is what it is. . I use to buy so many “superfoods” and green veggies.. blend em up every morning and drink that for breakfast. . I remember coworkers commenting how healthy it looked, but it didn’t look appetizing. . “It’s not that bad” 🤢 while I choked it down 😂 . But it made me feel good no doubt. 😆 . But this? I just take one scoop. I don’t have to chop and cut a ton of ingredients. Buy a ton of different seeds & supplements to add because it has everything. And MORE. 70+ superfoods actually. . Like maca for instance-for our hormone health & estrogen balance 😉 . Or flax- a healthy omega 3. . So many I don’t want to bore you. . Oh. And it ACTUALLY tastes good. I try to sip it so it lasts longer 😝 . Today was rough. I’ll leave it at that. And although I only got 2 meals in... I know for a fact I got all my veggie servings, vitamins, minerals, superfoods, nutrients and then some... plus I felt like I had dessert.. because of this. . I told you. Today. (Especially) This was life. . . . .

Because I’m not afraid to lift heavy weights girl! 💁🏼‍♀️ . I’m not going to downplay my booty gains by saying I just posed & flex right because baby got back without it too 😉 😂 . The posing definitely helps a little, but I credit it all to heavy weights. . Not just banded squats, pulses & jumps. . Real weight. . The kind of weight I grew up thinking would leave me looking huge & bulky. . Definitely proved myself wrong there 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️ . My current program is alll about tight, lean waist.. and perky booty. . Did you see my last post about ‘operation Christmas dress’ ? . You gotta get in it! . Join me & you can forget having to worry about flexing & posing . Haha . 🐫

We go shopping for that perfect dress because we want to feel confident & beautiful. . That’s why we dress up right? . So wouldn’t it feel sooo much better if we felt confident in anything we tried on? . Because it wasn’t just the beautiful flattering dress.. or make up, or hair... it was US full of confidence in our body! . We have less than 10 weeks until Christmas so I know that only leaves us about 4-5 weeks for most of our Christmas events to start up... BUT with our program, that is enough to help you lose some weight, tighten, and most importantly work on our mindset & CONFIDENCE. 💕 . so the success won’t be temporary but continuous into the new year! . We are already beautiful the way we are, & it’s important to appreciate that... but it’s also a bonus if we can take care of ourselves, feel our healthiest and rock our socks off or outfit... cause... you won’t wanna wear any socks with that dress 🤔 lol . I’m doing things a little differently this time- . Starting this Monday I am opening up a private coaching group~~ . It will be ongoing & continuous until the end year! . It’s important that you love yourself during the process of change & workin towards your goals. . Sounds cheesy, sure. But if you don’t appreciate your body for what it is NOW. You most likely won’t be happy with it later either... . You will always find some kind of flaw no matter your inches or weight or size. . Learn to love yourself Now. . It also helps get you through the long process because real, sustainable weight loss takes TIME. And a TON of PATIENCE. . I felt really confident in the first pic. Which is probably why I took it in the first place.. . . I realize there isn’t a huge difference but still, a difference. . My waist is much leaner in the second pic as well as a good 8lbs lighter. For some that can be determining factor whether or not they like themselves... and that’s really too bad. . You are beautiful whatever size or season in life you are in right now. You don’t have to be a small or fit or lean to be amazing. . If there’s any transformation you should start working towards today, it’s practicing gratitude for who you are~ building your confidence, and knowing your self worth! . . . . .

You know what they say about big feet. You need bigger shoes 👟 . What a Monday! Wow. Barely had seconds today to get from one place to the next. . My meals today were 2 shakes & a snack bar from my company. Just no time & I wasn’t going to give into quick drive thru fast food.. . But I made it through the day. And ended it with a fun night of indoor Vball 🏐 . . . . @mizuno_volley_can @mizuno_volleyball_shoe

If you struggle to be consistent with your workouts & eating- THIS post is for you! . You need to be in my support groups!! . The results you soo badly wish you would see, await you in the accountability & never ending support & motivation those groups provide for you. . The fact that I provide a ton of workouts you can do anywhere, without a gym membership & many meal plans & recipes to further your success is just icing on the cake 🎂 . Let’s be honest- the tools to get the results can be found anywhere.. but the support & private coaching is what makes the biggest difference. . Today I over slept, 🤦🏼‍♀️ basically leaving me 30 minutes to get in a decent workout before I had to hit the road for a ton of errands. . No shower, and no time to change before errands either but honestly... it wouldn’t have happened today unless I used those 30 minutes. Workouts are just sooo easy to just skip, ya know? . BUT Because I know I need to check in later, and a part of me has a lot of pride at the fact that I DID get it done, even though it would’ve been sooo much easier to skip it. It’ll feel so good to post my sweaty selfie 🤳 . Not to mention it’s cold outside & my WiFi wasn’t working... just sooo many excuses for me to not do it. . I still got in a great chest workout 💪🏻 . And maybe it’s easier some days or weeks.. but these days happen. Days where you don’t feel like it. Or it feels like life doesn’t want you to exercise or eat good 😂 . That’s when the accountability & support comes in 😉 . Let me know if you’d like to be a part of our fitness community so you can get that after transformation for yourself as well 💪🏻 . Patience. . Something I needed most this past year as my body changed. . I was putting in the work, but I was very unsatisfied at the speed of change. . I often questioned if what I was doing was ACTUALLY working 🤔 . The scale wasn’t moving a tiny bit. . That’s where pictures are a better way to measure your progress. . It’s easier said than done, but if you are being consistent in your workouts. You’re eating good 80% of the time & not over stuffing yourself... change is HAPPENING. . What do you think.. is it working? . I am looking for a handful of women to work with going into the end year, and all of the new year to get you to your goals. . I don’t care how long it takes, I will stick by you. . Comment below if you are interested. . The biggest thing I learned this past year... it takes time for our body’s to heal & change. . They didn’t get there over night, they won’t change over night. . . . .

A little bit of a “victory” for me. . Not because I resisted junk. But rather that I fully enjoyed a meal with my family without stressing about the carbs, calories & sugar.. . I’ve been on both ends.. obsessing over not touching a drop of “off plan” food to binge eating for days whatever I could get my hands on 🤦🏼‍♀️ . Both are not a healthy way to look at food. . I’m just working on trying to find a healthy balance where I choose healthy often, and still remember to enjoy my favourite things that might not be so healthy for me. . Like these classic Mennonite waffles with homemade vanilla pudding.... 🤤 . . . .

Just move. . You don’t always need a perfectly planned workout or program. Sometimes you just need to move! . . Move your body. Bring your heart rate up. Break a sweat. . Especially with the colder weather coming in, try to move a little bit each day. 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏋️‍♀️ 💃🏼 🏊‍♂️ . . . .
