This cold weather in NYC got me missing one of my favorite city’s.. Miami. No me gusta el FRIO 😢
For Time: 100 alt. dumbbell snatch 45/20 lbs. Scale accordingly. Every time you stop, do 20 jump squats. Try it and share your time.
3 years of constantly working on the snatch. First video is at 135 lbs for a PR back in 2015. Second video is 135 for 5 reps unbroken as a warm-up. Trust your process. Don’t rush. At the end of your hard work and dedication you will get better.
